Westchester’s First Luxury Senior Living Community, The Contemporary, Opens in Miami Miami-based commercial real estate owners and developers MAS^AJP and equity partner OCTA celebrated the grand opening of The Contemporary, the first modern senior living facility in Miami’s Westchester suburban community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Jan. 26. The Miami-Dade County Office of the Mayor and Board of County Commissioners presented The Contemporary with a certificate to mark the occasion.

The Contemporary, managed by Charter Senior Living, a nationally recognized senior care and assisted living organization, provides senior residents in South Florida with premier amenities and convenient services to ensure a worry-free lifestyle.
