Miami Weekend, a premier Miami culture concierge, is excited to announce the upcoming opening of Shell Bay, a luxury resort located on Florida’s Gold Coast. The 130-acre property, set to open in 2025, will feature a private yacht club with a 48-slip marina, a Greg Norman-designed championship golf course, 108 upscale residences, and a 60-room hotel.

Designed by award-winning studio AvroKO, the interiors of the hotel and residential tower will feature modern, open-concept layouts and wraparound balconies with panoramic views, allowing guests and residents to fully appreciate the stunning surroundings.

In addition to the impressive golf course, Shell Bay will also offer an 18,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, four Grand Slam tennis courts, and a 14,000-square-foot rooftop pool. The resort will also cater to families with multiple kid-friendly amenities, including a children’s play lab and creation studio, a teens’ club and game room, and a multi-sports simulator lounge.
